IT Operations Swarm Supervisor

Your job will involve managing the IT Operations Swarm Team with integrity, selecting, developing, and retaining the right people, acquiring, sharing, and applying knowledge, motivating each employee, providing support to the engineers to ensure services meet customer expectations, partnering with global leaders, driving innovation and experimentation for long-term success, operating autonomously based on strategic alignment, evaluating and improving processes and procedures, partnering with other service owners to improve processes, learning the company's culture and applying it across the global team, identifying and closing gaps in team members" development areas, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
