Job Description

Role & responsibilities

The IT Officer will be responsible for the administration, support, and development of

Salesforce environment. This role requires hands-on Salesforce expertise, with the ability to

configure, automate, and extend the platform. This Position will also support the existing

Fonteva implementation.

Administer, configure, and support Salesforce platform.
Develop automations using Salesforce Flows; understand and troubleshoot Apex triggers and classes.
Provide support to self-hosted frontend built with salesforce.
Act as first-line support for user (both staff and clients) incidents, training, and troubleshooting. Escalate issues to Fonteva /Salesforce if needed and ensure closure within Service Level Agreement.
Ensure system integrity, security, and data quality.
Contribute to integrations and API work with other platforms.
Support Linux server operations and database management.
Build simple full-stack web applications and user interfaces with modern frontend frameworks.
Support to deploy open-source platforms/software on cloud server.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions and support UAT/change management.

Preferred candidate profile

The candidate should have 3 to 5 years of experience in Salesforce administration and development.
Proven ability to configure Salesforce (objects, fields, page layouts, permissions, flows).
Strong understanding of Salesforce automation tools and Apex (read, troubleshoot, preferably write).
Salesforce Administrator certification.
Bachelors degree in computer science, information technology, or related discipline.
Familiarity with API integrations and system architecture.
Practical knowledge of Linux server operations.
