IT Officer

You will play a crucial role in overseeing the department's operations at Alila Fort Bishangarh, ensuring alignment with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards. Your main responsibility will be to ensure that all computer systems and networks within the hotel function smoothly to meet the needs of employees, guests, and owners. This includes providing technical support to hotel management, maximizing the efficiency of hardware and software investments, and delivering effective training and assistance. Additionally, you will be tasked with managing internal communication networks and external gateways to ensure seamless connectivity. Your role will also involve offering IS-related services to hotel guests. To excel in this position, you should ideally possess a university degree or diploma in Information Systems and/or Computer Programming. Prior experience in networking would be beneficial. A minimum of 2 years of experience as an Information Systems Officer in a large operation with advanced technology is required. Strong problem-solving abilities, administrative skills, and interpersonal communication are essential for success in this role.,
