IT & Networking Sales Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced IT & Networking Sales Manager with 5–10 years of expertise in project-based B2B sales within the IT infrastructure, networking, and automation domain. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge, proven sales acumen, and the ability to manage high-value enterprise projects from lead generation to successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies for IT infrastructure, networking, and automation projects.
• Identify and target potential enterprise clients in various industries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, consultants, and project managers.
• Present technical solutions and proposals tailored to client needs.
• Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals while ensuring client satisfaction.
• Stay updated on market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

• Graduate degree (MBA preferred) with 5–10 years of experience in IT & Networking project-based B2B sales.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking solutions, and automation technologies.
• Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and handle enterprise clients.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel as required by business needs (travel is required).
• Age under 40 years.

Compensation & Benefits:

• CTC in the pay band of 75,000/- to 125,000/-, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
• Performance bonus as an extra incentive apart from salary.
• No relocati on charges provided.

Work Details:

• Work Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
• Joining Timeline: As per candidate's notice period.

• 3-4 total interview rounds.
• Mode: Online & Offline.

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
