IT - Network and IT Security Administrator

As a Network and IT Security Administrator at Enhancor, a customer service firm specializing in outsourced accounting, regulatory compliance, information technology, and financial services for real estate and property management companies based in the U.S., your role is critical in supporting all current and future security, administration, backbone connectivity, availability, and remote infrastructure platforms throughout the company, partner sites, and third-party cloud environments. You will work collaboratively with the Head of IT to ensure the reliability, availability, and security of the IT infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include overseeing security compliance, analyzing IT infrastructure performance, defining project milestones, providing standards for network systems, configuring and managing Azure cloud connections, designing and implementing networking solutions within Azure, and ensuring the day-to-day uptime of connectivity. You will also be responsible for creating network design diagrams, managing security awareness training, addressing security-related tickets and alerts, and supporting disaster recovery and business continuity planning. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field, along with current Security Certifications or a minimum of Five to Seven years of hands-on experience. Additionally, you should have familiarity with monitoring and troubleshooting tools like Azure Network Watcher and Azure Monitor, Azure certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Network Engineer Associate, experience supporting multiple locations in the real estate and property management industry, expertise in Networking and Security, strong communication skills, proficiency in networking and SDWAN solutions, knowledge of compliance standards, strong troubleshooting abilities, and experience working in a team-oriented environment.
