As a Network and IT Security Administrator at Enhancor, a customer service firm specializing in outsourced accounting, regulatory compliance, information technology, and financial services for real estate and property management companies based in the U.S., your role is critical in supporting all current and future security, administration, backbone connectivity, availability, and remote infrastructure platforms throughout the company, partner sites, and third-party cloud environments. You will work collaboratively with the Head of IT to ensure the reliability, availability, and security of the IT infrastructure. As a Network Presales SA, you will be responsible for various pre-sales activities including responding to RFP's / RFI's / RFQs, participating in due diligence meetings with customers, and architecting techno-commercial Information Security solutions. Your role will involve preparing proposal documents, contractual documents, and understanding new data technologies to position them in relevant solution proposals. It is essential to stay updated with the latest product features, licensing, architecture, and pricing while defending end-to-end data solutions to customers and internal stakeholders. Design, deploy, and manage Versa SD-WAN solutions for enterprise and service provider networks. Utilize Versa Director to manage and configure SD-WAN infrastructure, ensuring centralized visibility and control. Collaborate with clients to understand their networking requirements and deliver customized solutions using Versa's multi-cloud, multi-tenancy capabilities. Perform zero-touch provisioning and troubleshoot SD-WAN installations remotely. Work with security teams to integrate next-generation firewall, secure web gateway, and other security functions into the SD-WAN architecture. Provide technical support and training to clients and internal teams on Versa SD-WAN best practices. Conduct regular performance tuning and system optimization, leveraging Versa's AI/ML-powered predictive management. Stay updated on the latest advancements in SD-WAN and network security technologies, particularly in Versa's product roadmap.
