Job Title: IT Marketing & Sales Associate

Location: Kolkata, India (Work from Home with in-person meetings as required)

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Marketing & Sales Associate to join our team. The role focuses on client follow-ups, maintaining lead and client details in the CRM system, supporting IT product/service sales, and providing regular reports to the manager. This is primarily a work-from-home role with occasional in-person meetings.

Key Responsibilities

· Follow up with clients regularly through phone, email, and online meetings.

· Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and client interactions in the CRM.

· Support sales activities for IT products and services.

· Prepare and share weekly/monthly sales and client engagement reports with the manager.

· Assist with proposals, client queries, and service requirements.

· Contribute to marketing campaigns to generate IT sales leads.

· Build and maintain positive client relationships.

Requirements

· Highschool 12th Standard Pass / Or Graduate

· 0–2 years of experience in sales, client servicing, or marketing (IT industry exposure preferred).

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English, Hindi, Bengali preferred).

· Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint).

· Ability to work independently and manage tasks responsibly.

· Good organizational and reporting skills.

· Must have a home office setup with laptop/PC, reliable internet, and phone.

· Video interview (mandatory) and in-person interview/meetings as required.

· Must sign a Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) agreeing not to sell, share, or disclose client information to any outside parties. Any breach of confidentiality will make the associate liable for damages caused to the company.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
