Job Description

Roles & responsibilities of IT Manager-(70% System Implementation and 30% Hardware)

• Develop and execute the overall IT strategy

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the IT department

  • Oversee the planning, implementation, and execution of IT projects

  • Develop and manage IT budgets, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources

  • Monitor, evaluate and develop the performance of existing and new IT systems,

  • Lead efforts to develop and enforce security protocols, policies, and procedures

  • Manage relationships with IT vendors, service providers, and contractors

  • Negotiate contracts and service-level agreements (SLAs)

  • Work closely with cross functional departments

  • Build and maintain a skilled IT team

  • Lead the integration of new systems and technologies

  • Drive automation and process improvement across the organization.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering.

  • A Masters degree or relevant certifications Work Experience

  • Minimum of 10 - 12 years of experience in IT field and minimum 3-5 years in leadership role for IT Manager((Working in an EPC or engineering industry)


• Provide support for the system applications maintenance and development

  • Coordinate for CRM support, maintenance and customization

  • Coordinate with various vendors like (ZOHO) for end-to-end system support.

  • Yearly vendor review based on their performance, support and execution of critical projects

  • Maintain and renewal of contracts and service-level agreements (SLAs)

  • Support & coordination with cross functional departments Key Competencies

  • Education- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science etc.

Work Experience • Minimum of 5 -10 years of experience in IT field (working in a manufacturing industry).
