Job Description

IT Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day IT operations, including servers, networks, and end-user support.
Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure to ensure uptime and performance.
Implement and manage security policies, firewalls, and data protection measures.
Handle software and hardware installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
Collaborate with vendors and service providers for IT support and procurement.
Manage IT assets, licenses, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Support new technology adoption and digital transformation projects.

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of
networking, servers, firewalls, and IT infrastructure
.
Hands-on experience with
Windows/Linux systems, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
.
Familiarity with
data backup, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity best practices
.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and team management abilities.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Relevant certifications (CCNA, MCSE, ITIL, etc.) are a plus.
