We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to lead our infrastructure and client delivery projects. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in handling Data Center projects, L2/L3/L4 network implementation, and overall project execution and delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end IT infrastructure projects including Data Center setup, migration, and optimization.
- Handle client interactions and ensure timely communication and solution delivery.
- Lead implementation and support for L2, L3, and L4 network layers.
- Responsible for project planning, execution, resource allocation, and timely delivery.
- Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams for infrastructure-related deployments.
- Maintain system uptime, troubleshoot network/server issues, and ensure compliance with security protocols.
- Document technical processes, infrastructure layouts, and SOPs.
- Proven experience in Data Center projects and enterprise-level network implementations.
- Strong knowledge of networking, firewall, routing, server, storage, and virtualization technologies.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Certification in CCNA/CCNP, MCSE, or equivalent is a plus.
