Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to oversee and manage our infrastructure systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT infrastructure, excellent leadership skills, and a proven ability to manage complex systems and teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, storage, and networking systems.
- Lead IT projects and ensure timely delivery within budget.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for infrastructure support.
- Ensure system security and data protection measures are in place.
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements.
- Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the IT team.
- Prepare reports and documentation for senior management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields.
- 5–6 years of experience in IT infrastructure management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Experience with VMware, SAS, NAS, Hyper-V, Windows Server, and Storage Management.
- Knowledge of network architecture and system integration.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Familiarity with IT compliance and security standards.
