Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Own and manage
plant IT infrastructure
including servers, networks, firewalls, and end-user systems
Ensure
247 IT uptime
to support production and plant operations
Handle
ERP systems
(SAP / SAP B1 / Navision / Oracle / any manufacturing ERP) including user support, basic configuration, and coordination with vendors
Manage
IT operations across multiple plants / locations
Oversee
installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
of servers, desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices
Lead
IT vendors, AMCs, and service providers
; manage escalations and SLAs
Implement and monitor
data security, backup, and recovery processes
Support
production, stores, finance, and maintenance teams
with IT systems
Prepare IT documentation, reports, and compliance-related records
Guide and manage
IT support team / engineers
Support
new plant setup, expansion, or IT rollouts

Mandatory Skills & Experience (Non-Negotiable)

8+ years of total IT experience
Hands-on IT experience in manufacturing / plant environment
Experience managing
IT infrastructure (servers, network, firewall)
ERP support experience
in manufacturing setup
Exposure to
multiple plants or multi-location IT operations
Vendor management and team coordination experience

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

Experience in
solar / electrical / electronics / industrial manufacturing
ERP implementation or rollout exposure
Knowledge of
IT security best practices
