Job Description

Role & responsibilities

HR Systems Support:

  • Lead IT support for core HR applications: SAP SuccessFactors, Adrenaline, Spine HRMS, and other HR platforms.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of HR systems.
  • Manage system configurations, user roles/permissions, data integrity, and periodic audits.
  • Coordinate with vendors for system updates, issue resolutions, and enhancement requirements

HR Analytics & Reporting:

  • Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports tailored for HR leadership (CHRO and team).
  • Develop automated reporting solutions that provide insights into workforce metrics, attrition, headcount, recruitment, and performance management.
  • Support CHRO and HRBP teams with on-demand data analysis and ad-hoc reports

New Projects & Implementations:

  • Lead the implementation and integration of new HR tech initiatives and digital transformation projects.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure new solutions meet HR functional needs and IT compliance standards.
  • Gather business requirements, create functional specifications, and ensure successful UAT and deployment

Stakeholder & Vendor Management:

  • Act as the primary IT point of contact for HR stakeholders, translating business needs into technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with external vendors, consultants, and internal teams for upgrades, enhancements, and support

Compliance & Documentation:

  • Ensure data privacy, IT compliance, and information security standards are upheld across HR systems.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for systems architecture, configurations, and support processes

Preferred candidate profile

  • In-depth experience with SAP SuccessFactors, Adrenaline, Spine HRMS, and other HR systems.
  • Strong experience in Power BI, including DAX, data modeling, and visual storytelling.
  • Understanding of HR processes such as Talent Management, Payroll, Performance Appraisal, and Recruitment.
  • Strong SQL and data management skills; experience with Excel macros and VBA is a plus.
  • Experience leading cross-functional IT-HR projects and managing external vendors.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
