IT Intern

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues of users encounter.

· Manage the configuration and operation of client-based computer operating systems.

· Monitor the system daily and respond immediately to security or usability concerns.

· Create and verify backups of data regularly.

· Respond to and resolve help desk requests (Ticketing System).

· Upgrade systems and processes as required for enhanced functionality and security issue resolution.

· Administrate infrastructure, including firewalls, databases, malware protection software and other processes

· Review application logs.

· Install and test computer-related equipment.

· Implements, installs, configures, monitors, troubleshoots, and evaluates existing and new Microsoft Windows server operating systems.

· Responsible for integration of user workstations, including MAC workstations with Microsoft Windows server operating systems and Active Directory.

Requirements:

· Graduation or pursuing technical degree

· Basic knowledge of SQL

· Proficient in technology.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹5,000.00 per month
