Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Infrastructure & Support Engineer to join our IT team. This role will support the IT Manager and collaborate with our current System Administrator to manage the office infrastructure, provide day-to-day technical support, and assist in maintaining a secure and compliant IT environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, licensing, onboarding/offboarding)
• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot firewalls (e.g., Fortinet, SonicWall), routers, and switches
• Provide technical support for Windows, Linux (Ubuntu/CentOS), and macOS
• Handle desktop/laptop issues, perform installations, upgrades, and patch management
• Assist in managing cloud environments (Azure/AWS preferred)
• Maintain and update IT asset inventory: tagging, lifecycle management, license tracking
• Deploy, manage, and monitor Endpoint Protection and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solutions
• Support internal/external audits and help maintain compliance with ISO 27001, SOC 2, and internal IT policies
• Create and maintain IT documentation, including procedures, network diagrams, and asset records
• Collaborate with third-party vendors and service providers when necessary
• Monitor overall system performance and proactively resolve issues

Key Requirements

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in IT support, infrastructure, or system administration
• Strong technical knowledge of:
• Microsoft 365 Administration
• Firewall and network device configuration
• Endpoint Protection & DLP solutions
• Operating systems: Windows, Linux, macOS
• Familiarity with Azure, AWS, or other cloud platforms
• Understanding of IT asset management best practices
• Exposure to compliance frameworks like ISO 27001, SOC 2
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work with the team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Certifications (Optional but desirable)

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals / Microsoft 365 Administrator
• CompTIA Security+ / Network+
• Cisco CCNA / Fortinet NSE (Level 12)
• ITIL Foundation
