Roles And Responsibilities

Monitor Active Directory & Exchange environment health and remediate any issues.Manage Active Directory global forest(s), including and not limited to group policy objects, sites andservice replication, OU structure, and trust security.Troubleshoot any MS Windows operating system events along with remediation directed throughchange control procedures between IT interdepartmental processes.Review MS Windows server network connectivity alerts and remediate within required SLA agreementsto prevent production outages.Ensure all Windows Server operating systems stay patched and secure.Review vulnerability scans and remediate issues to ensure all MS Windows operating systems arestaying in compliance.Maintain a virus free and patched operating system working with InfoSec Teams.Implement project work as required for operating system, and application upgrades.Adhere to organizational Change Control procedures when making any system modification.The ability to write service tickets, change requests, and knowledge base articles with technical detail toensure procedures followed within IT governance.On-call responsibilities in rotating team schedule as required within the duties of the role.
