Job Description:Job Title: Help Desk Specialist - Management Consulting - Mumbai

Job Responsibility

• Helpdesk Specialist with our Assessment Practice.
• Provide email and phone-based support to internal and external clients.
• Responding to client web application questions, communicating/escalating help desk

questions to appropriate program managers, and contributing to best practices regarding technology and HR programs.Key Skills:Mandatory:

• A Customer Support/Helpdesk Executive have thorough knowledge of various technology trends and processes as well as have updated knowledge about IT services.
• He/she should be highly motivated and energetic with the ability to self-direct daily

activities.

• Problem solving, Good Communication, Energetic, Self-Motivated.
• Worked as a Customer Support Representative will add more value.

Experience: 2 to 4 years

Job Location: Goregaon, Mumbai ((Hybrid) but should be willing to come to the office regularly till confirmation ie for 6 months)

Working Days: 5 days

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related
field

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹75,000.00 per month
