Provide email and phone-based support to internal and external clients. Responding to client web application questions, communicating/escalating help desk questions to appropriate program managers, and contributing to best practices regarding technology and HR programs.Key Skills:Mandatory: A Customer Support/Helpdesk Executive have thorough knowledge of various technology trends and processes as well as have updated knowledge about IT services. He/she should be highly motivated and energetic with the ability to self-direct daily activities. Problem solving, Good Communication, Energetic, Self-Motivated. Worked as a Customer Support Representative will add more value.
