Job Description:
We are seeking an IT Helpdesk Executive to provide first-level technical support and ensure smooth IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support via phone, email, or in person.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install and configure desktops, printers, and IT equipment.
• Support Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and enterprise applications.
• Manage user accounts and access rights in Active Directory.
• Document issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Assist with software deployment, patch updates, and IT inventory.
• Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of IT support/helpdesk experience.
• Knowledge of Windows & Mac OS.
• Basic networking knowledge (IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Experience with remote support tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Basic awareness of cybersecurity best practices.
