IT Helpdesk Executive

We are seeking a tech-savvy and creative individual to join our school’s IT department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with photography, managing the school website, supporting digital content creation, and providing basic IT support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Capture high-quality photos and videos of school events, activities, and day-to-day life.
• Edit and organize digital content for school use (website, newsletters, social media, presentations, etc.).
• Regularly update and maintain the school website with current content, images, and announcements.
• Coordinate with external vendors or service providers for website or software-related issues.
• Provide basic troubleshooting and support for school IT systems (projectors, computers, smart boards, internet, etc.).
• Maintain digital records of events and ensure proper backup of multimedia content.
• Assist in creating promotional material for the school (brochures, event posters, digital banners).
• Collaborate with the administrative team for any digital or IT-related requirements.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, Multimedia, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of website CMS platforms (WordPress, Wix, etc.) preferred.
• Photography and video editing skills (using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Canva, etc.).
• Familiarity with hardware troubleshooting and basic network support.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Creative mindset and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience working in a school or educational setting is a plus.
• Handling social media content or marketing activities will be an added advantage.
