IT Helpdesk Executive (Store InCharge - Asset Management Focus)
Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamicIT Helpdesk Executive (Store InCharge ) to lead our comprehensive IT Asset Management operations while overseeing traditional store management functions. This hybrid role combines strategic asset lifecycle management with hands-on operational excellence, requiring a professional who can seamlessly manage technology assets from procurement through disposal while maintaining exceptional inventory control and vendor relationships. The ideal candidate will serve as the cornerstone of our IT asset ecosystem, ensuring optimal utilization, security, and compliance across all technology resources.

Core Responsibilities
Asset Tracking & Inventory Management
Maintain comprehensive, real-time inventory of all IT assets including hardware, software, licenses, and audio-video equipment using ServiceNow platform
Implement and execute systematic audit procedures ensuring 99%+ inventory accuracy and regulatory compliance
Track asset location, status, ownership, and configuration changes throughout organizational structure
Develop and maintain standardized asset tagging and documentation protocols
Conduct quarterly physical inventory reconciliation and discrepancy resolution
Procurement & Deployment Operations
Coordinate end-to-end IT asset procurement processes, from vendor selection through delivery coordination
Manage warranty claims efficiently, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal cost recovery
Oversee seamless deployment and installation of IT assets for employee onboarding/offboarding processes
Facilitate Work-From-Home (WFH) kit preparation and delivery to new hires with complete asset tracking
Coordinate vendor pickups and deliveries at Gera Commerzone material gate location
Execute quarterly annual maintenance contract reviews with proactive user follow-up for UPS/battery functionality
Maintain comprehensive ServiceNow documentation for all procurement and deployment activities
Manage complete IT asset lifecycle from acquisition through decommissioning, disposal, and environmentally compliant recycling
Monitor and optimize IT asset costs to maximize budget efficiency and ROI
Conduct regular floor audits to identify damaged, missing, or underutilized equipment
Coordinate vendor and employee interactions ensuring smooth asset transitions and minimal business disruption
Process lost/stolen incidents for laptops, mobile devices, and other portable assets with appropriate documentation and replacement workflows
Implement data sanitization and secure disposal protocols meeting industry security standards
Reporting & Analysis
Generate comprehensive monthly and quarterly reports on asset status, utilization metrics, and performance indicators
Develop predictive analytics for asset replacement planning and budget forecasting
Create and maintain real-time monitoring dashboards for inventory levels and asset performance
Analyze cost trends and usage patterns to optimize asset allocation and inform strategic purchasing decisions
Manage vendor performance metrics and conduct regular service provider evaluations
Security & Risk Management
Implement and maintain robust physical and cybersecurity protocols for all IT assets
Conduct regular risk assessments and develop comprehensive asset protection contingency plans
Ensure compliance with organizational security policies and industry regulations
Train employees on IT asset security best practices, proper handling procedures, and compliance requirements
Coordinate with IT Security team on asset-related security incidents and remediation
Required Qualifications
Essential Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
3-5 years of experience in IT asset management, inventory control, or store management operations
ServiceNow proficiency or experience with similar enterprise asset management platforms (JAMF, ManageEngine, Lansweeper)
Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel/Google Sheets capabilities and data visualization experience
Vendor management experience with proven ability to coordinate multiple service providers simultaneously
Audit experience including inventory reconciliation and compliance documentation
Technical aptitude with fundamental understanding of IT infrastructure, hardware, and software systems
Preferred Qualifications:
ITIL Foundation or Asset Management certification
Project management experience or PMP certification
Financial acumen with budget management and cost optimization experience
Multilingual capabilities (English, Hindi, Marathi preferred)
Experience with emerging technologies including cloud assets, IoT devices, and mobile device management
