Serve as the first point of contact for users seeking technical assistance over the phone, email, or chat.
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
Walk customers through the problem-solving process.
Escalate unresolved issues to the next level of support.
Provide accurate information on IT products or services.
Log all service requests, issues, and resolutions.
Perform remote troubleshooting using diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions.
Support users in the setup and configuration of computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
Maintain technical documentation and service logs.
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field.
Proven experience as a Help Desk Technician or other customer support role.
Familiarity with Windows OS, Microsoft Office, basic networking, and remote desktop applications.
Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexible with rotational shifts including night shifts.
