Job Description

IT Helpdesk Executive

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for users seeking technical assistance over the phone, email, or chat.

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.

  • Walk customers through the problem-solving process.

  • Escalate unresolved issues to the next level of support.

  • Provide accurate information on IT products or services.

  • Log all service requests, issues, and resolutions.

  • Perform remote troubleshooting using diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions.

  • Support users in the setup and configuration of computer hardware, software, and peripherals.

  • Maintain technical documentation and service logs.


Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field.

  • Proven experience as a Help Desk Technician or other customer support role.

  • Familiarity with Windows OS, Microsoft Office, basic networking, and remote desktop applications.

  • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Flexible with rotational shifts including night shifts.
