We are seeking a skilled and dynamic IT Hardware and Software Sales Personnel to join our sales team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 5-6 years of experience in IT sales, a deep understanding of cloud and on-premises solutions, and be able to build and nurture long-term relationships with clients. The candidate should be fluent in English, Hindi, and Kannada (preferable), and will work in a hybrid environment (combination of remote and on-site work). Role & responsibilities Sales Strategy & Execution : Develop and implement effective sales strategies for IT hardware and software products. Identify new sales opportunities and target key accounts in the IT sector to drive revenue growth. Build a pipeline of potential clients by prospecting through multiple channels (calls, emails, and networking). 2. Consultative Sales Approach : Engage with potential clients to understand their IT needs and propose tailored solutions. Provide in-depth consultations to educate clients about cloud and on-premises IT solutions. Conduct product demos and presentations, ensuring the client understands the full value proposition. 3. Client Relationship Management : Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their evolving IT needs. Regularly check in with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling. Serve as the main point of contact for client queries, handling all sales and after-sales support. 4. Sales Performance : Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs on a consistent basis. Monitor, track, and report on sales activity and opportunities. Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal. 5. Collaboration with Internal Teams : Collaborate with the technical team to ensure successful implementation of proposed solutions. Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams based on client feedback and market trends. Work closely with the management to ensure that sales strategies align with overall business objectives. 6. Market Knowledge & Industry Trends : Keep abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and market conditions. Attend industry conferences, workshops, and networking events to stay updated and enhance professional growth. Preferred candidate profile Experience : Minimum 5-6 years of experience in IT sales, particularly in hardware and software solutions (both cloud and on-premises). Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Technical Expertise : Deep understanding of IT hardware and software, with specific knowledge of HCI infrastructure, VMware and Hyper-V solutions, 3-tier architecture (planning and designing the solution), and cybersecurity solutions. Familiarity with M365 and basic cloud solutions. Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms to clients. Local Vendor Connections : Should have local vendor connects and information. Languages : Fluency in English, Hindi, and Kannada is preferred. Communication & Negotiation Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to negotiate contracts and close deals effectively Additional Qualifications : Bachelors degree in IT, Business, or a related field. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as within a team Working Conditions : Hybrid Work Culture: Flexibility to work remotely or from the office as per the company's hybrid work policy. Location: Based in Bangalore with occasional travel as required.
