Job Description

Role Overview: As a Senior IT Governance Leader in the Finance/NBFC sector, your primary responsibility will be to lead and drive large-scale IT initiatives. You will be expected to have extensive experience in setting up Data Centers, establishing Testing COE, and developing Resiliency & Operations Centers. Your role will involve ensuring scalability, compliance, security, disaster recovery measures, and proactive monitoring are in place. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end planning, design, and implementation of enterprise data centers. - Establish and govern Testing COE frameworks, methodologies, and automation strategies. - Build and manage an advanced Resiliency & Operations Center for proactive monitoring and incident management. - Define IT policies, standards, and frameworks aligned with finance/NBFC regulations. - Partner with CXOs to align IT governance with business strategy. - Mentor and guide technology teams to deliver excellence in IT operations. Qualification Required: - Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science, IT, or related field. - Certifications in ITIL, COBIT, or equivalent governance frameworks preferred.,
