IT Field Support Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Possess sound knowledge of computer hardware and basic networking concepts, including TCP/IP, to support client-site hardware installations.
• Preferably experienced in rack server installation and Linux Server OS deployment.
• Ability to perform basic router configuration and related network setup tasks.
• Added advantage to have experience working with Android devices such as Android TVs and Android Set-Top Boxes.
• Participate in the project implementation team during product installation at client locations.
• Familiarity with the Linux environment for troubleshooting and basic operations.
• Handle device installation and coordinate with the concerned team/lead to integrate product features successfully.
• Provide onsite support to various 5-star hotels within the city and across other states as required.
• Submit daily reports to the Project Lead and Site Lead.
• Willingness to travel anywhere in India for project execution or support activities whenever required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
