IT Field Support Engineer

As a potential candidate for this role, you will be expected to have knowledge in computer hardware and networking with TCP/IP to support the hardware items installed at client sites. You will also be required to be a part of the project implementation team during product installations and possess knowledge in hardware and Linux. Your responsibilities will include making local project coordination with other related teams during project execution, providing onsite support to various 5-star hotels within the city, and ensuring daily reporting to nodal offices or hotel units as applicable.
