Role & responsibilities

Troubleshooting and Problem Solving:
Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues for users.
System Installation and Configuration:
Setting up new computers, software, and network devices.
System Maintenance:
Ensuring systems are up-to-date, secure, and running efficiently.
User Support:
Providing assistance to users with technical issues via various channels (phone, email, remote access).
Hardware and Software Management:
Managing inventory, updates, and licenses for hardware and software.
Documentation:
Creating and maintaining documentation for systems, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
Security:
Implementing and maintaining security measures to protect systems and data.
Collaboration:
Working with other IT teams and vendors to resolve complex issues.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelor/Master degree in Computer Science(BCA/MCA/B.TECH).
1+ years of experience in IT.
