IT Executive

As a Technical Manager, you will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware (server & client), software, and Hospital Information System (HIS). You should be familiar with all hardware and software, as well as network operating systems. Your expertise in data centre management and data governance will be crucial in providing recommendations about accessing information and support. Your hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration, and network installation will be essential in maintaining current and accurate inventory of technology hardware, software, and resources. Key Responsibilities: - Troubleshoot hardware (server & client), software, and Hospital Information System (HIS) - Be familiar with all hardware and software - Be familiar with network operating systems - Provide recommendations about accessing information and support - Maintain current and accurate inventory of technology hardware, software, and resources - Troubleshoot all technology issues - Maintain a log and/or list of required repairs and maintenance - Be conversant with working of Biometric, CCTV, LAN, etc. - Maintain digital records - Assist in HIS implementation in all departments Qualifications Required: - Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis, and computer hardware/software systems - Expertise in data centre management and data governance - Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration, and network installation Please note that this is a full-time position with a day shift schedule and requires in-person work at the specified location.,
