IT Executive

Job Description: As an IT Executive at Redlands Ashlyn Group of Companies, your role will involve installing and configuring computer hardware, software, networks, and applications. You will be responsible for continuously monitoring and maintaining systems and networks. Additionally, you will respond to technical support calls from staff members or clients, providing guidance on issue resolution. Diagnosing and troubleshooting system and network problems, software faults, or hardware complications will be a key part of your responsibilities. Supporting the roll-out of new applications and maintaining a record of issues and solutions for future reference are also important aspects of this role.
