Job Description

Configure and manage IP addresses for smart home devices (routers, switches, controllers, etc.) Set up and maintain secure local networks (LAN) and Wi-Fi systems within client installations Troubleshoot networking issues and ensure stable device communication Collaborate with the technical team to support product installations and testing Assist in configuring routers, modems, smart hubs, and third-party integration systems Maintain accurate network documentation and IP allocation logs Support on-site setup for automation projects and experience center infrastructure Ensure cybersecurity protocols and network privacy in smart setups Stay updated with industry standards and new technologies related to home automation networks Required Skills & Experience: Strong understanding of IP address configuration, subnetting, and DHCP/static setups Familiarity with smart devices, IoT platforms, and remote access protocols Experience with routers (TP-Link, D-Link, Mikrotik, etc.) and switch configurations Basic knowledge of firewalls, port forwarding, and VPN setup (a plus) Minimum 1–3 years of experience in IT/networking roles Ability to work independently and on-site (field work involved) Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
