About the job Company: INK PPT Position: IT Location: Gurgaon (Work from Office) Experience: 2-4 years Working Days: Monday to Saturday (2 working Saturdays per month) Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and technically sound IT Executive/Administrator with hands-on experience in Windows Server management, networking, and IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth IT operations, managing company assets, implementing security protocols, and providing remote and onsite technical support. Key Responsibilities: Windows Server Management: Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server 2022 and above . Monitor server performance, manage user access, and ensure system integrity. Asset Allocation & Management: Handle the allocation, tracking, and inventory of laptops, desktops, and IT assets. Manage software licensing and device lifecycle tracking. Firewall & Security: Configure and monitor firewalls , antivirus systems, and endpoint security tools. Ensure compliance with company security protocols and industry standards. Data & Storage: Manage shared drives , automate data backups , and set up auto-sync solutions . Perform FQDN (Fully Qualified Domain Name) configurations and updates. Hardware Management: Deep understanding of RAM, SSDs, processors , and their maintenance/replacement. Manage hardware setup, cabling , and structured wiring systems. Networking: Hands-on experience with routers, switches, access points , and network load balancing. Ensure reliable internet connectivity and network security across locations. Troubleshooting & Support: Provide RDP configurations , software installations , and patch updates. Offer timely technical support to remote teams, resolving day-to-day IT issues and doubts. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in IT support, infrastructure, or system administration. Strong knowledge of Windows Server 2022 , networking protocols, and security best practices. Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and support remote employees.
