Jr. Motion Designer

Company: INK PPT Position: Jr. Motion Designer Location: Gurgaon (Work from Office) Experience: 1-3 years Working Days: Monday to Saturday (2 working Saturdays per month) Key Responsibilities Motion Graphics Support Animate text and visuals for presentation decks and explainer content. Create short transition-based animations for event decks, product showcases, and internal communications. Asset & Template Motion Integration Work closely with designers to animate template-based assets and brand visuals. Apply motion consistently across different formats maintaining brand fidelity. Video Editing Edit raw footage for internal and external presentations. Sync animations with voiceovers or background music to enhance storytelling. Project Collaboration Work with Project Managers and Designers to deliver dynamic and polished outputs. Provide motion variations for stakeholder feedback and experimentation. Required Skills and Qualifications Technical Expertise Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Adobe Illustrator. Familiarity with animation principles, transitions, and motion storytelling. Design Proficiency Strong sense of timing, rhythm, and visual flow. Ability to animate typography, infographics, and icon sets effectively. Professional Experience 13 years of experience in motion design or video editing roles. Educational Background Degree or diploma in Animation, Motion Design, or related field.
