Company: Monilu Studio Location: Remote (India only) Type: Full-time (8 hours per day, Flexible schedule) Salary: 10,000 INR/month + 2 extra monthly payments per year Bonus: 20,000 200,000 upon project completion Start: In 3 Weeks Additional Information: At the end of the project (scheduled for August 2026), if the game performs well and the collaboration has been positive, there will be an opportunity for a full-time permanent contract with a salary ranging from 40,000 to 60,000 INR per month . About the Project We are a small independent studio working on a 3D action-adventure game developed in Unreal Engine 5 . We are looking for talented and passionate people from India to join our remote team. Open Positions (4 total) 3D Artists (2 positions) Responsibilities: Model 3D environments and props using any preferred software. Create and design levels, natural landscapes, and urban environments. Build and optimize 3D assets for in-game use. Create and customize materials for assets and environments. Implement models, materials, and assets into Unreal Engine 5 . Assemble environments inside UE5, ensuring good composition, readability, and performance. Requirements: Experience with any 3D modeling software (Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, etc.). Ability to create clean, optimized assets suitable for real-time usage. Ability to create and adjust materials (PBR workflows, texture maps, etc.). Basic understanding of Unreal Engine 5 workflow (importing, materials, collisions, LODs, optimization). Creativity and a good sense of level composition, scale, and visual storytelling. Programmer (1 position) Responsibilities: Develop core gameplay systems: combat, puzzles, and general mechanics. Implement and maintain the animation system (state machines, blend spaces, animation blueprints). Implement AI logic using Behavior Trees , Blackboards, and Blueprints. Integrate gameplay features, interactions, and systems into Unreal Engine 5. Optimize performance and ensure stable, functional builds. Requirements: Good knowledge of Unreal Engine 5 Blueprints . Basic understanding of UE5 fundamentals (components, actors, animation workflow, project structure). Experience working with Behavior Trees and AI logic. Ability to implement animations through Animation Blueprints and State Machines. Understanding of gameplay logic, events, and systems flow. Ability to work independently and deliver functional, well-organized systems. Animator (1 position) Responsibilities: Create character and creature animations using any preferred software. Import and integrate animations into Unreal Engine 5. Work with the 3D and programming teams to ensure smooth transitions and gameplay feel. Requirements: Experience with animation software (Maya, Blender, MotionBuilder, etc.). Knowledge of Unreal Engine animation system (skeletons, retargeting, etc.). Working Conditions 8 hours per day (flexible schedule). Fully remote (work from home). Communication via chat (no English or Spanish required, only basic coordination).
