Job Title: IT Executive – Hardware & Troubleshooting (Male)
Salary: ₹2.5 LPA – ₹3 LPA

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Executive (Female) with expertise in hardware and troubleshooting to manage, maintain, and support our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of computer systems, peripherals, and networking equipment, along with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, and IT hardware.
• Perform hardware/peripheral maintenance, upgrades, and repairs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.
• Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, remote tools, and in-person.
• Maintain IT inventory and asset records.
• Set up/configure user accounts, permissions, and system access as per company policies.
• Support LAN/WAN infrastructure, routers, switches, and Wi-Fi connectivity.
• Coordinate with vendors for procurement, repairs, and warranty claims.
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies, including antivirus and updates.
• Assist in onboarding/offboarding of employees with IT setup.
• Document IT processes, incidents, and resolutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in hardware and troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of PC/laptop hardware, printers, scanners, and peripherals.
• Proficiency in Windows OS, MS Office, and basic networking concepts.
• Hands-on experience with system imaging, hardware diagnostics, and repair tools.
• Good understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN troubleshooting.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
