IT Executive

As a Senior IT Executive, your role will involve installing and maintaining computer systems and networks to ensure high functionality. You will be responsible for training users on the appropriate and safe usage of the IT infrastructure. Your knowledge of computer software, hardware, internet applications, networks, and operating systems will be crucial. Troubleshooting skills and attention to detail are essential to build and maintain efficient computer systems and networks to enhance business sustainability. Key Responsibilities: - Set up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices such as routers and printers - Check computer hardware like HDD, mouse, and keyboards for functionality - Install and configure software and functions as per specifications - Develop and optimize local networks for better performance - Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems - Provide orientation and guidance to users on operating new software and equipment - Organize upgrades and maintenance schedules without disrupting work - Troubleshoot to diagnose and resolve problems, including repairing or replacing parts - Maintain records of repairs, fixes, and maintenance schedule - Identify computer or network equipment shortages and place orders Qualifications Required: - Education: Master's degree preferred - Experience: 3 years in a hospital setting required Please note that the job types available are full-time and part-time.
