Job Description

CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE A GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS AND GOOD KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE OF NURSE. Staff Nurse should be able to work closely with health care practitioners to ensure the recovery of patients. Ultimately, a top-notch Staff Nurse should possess an exceptional track record and display a high standard of patient care. Principle Job Responsibilities ·Provide high quality patient care. ·Monitor patient’s condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and advice. · Observe and interpret patient’s symptoms and communicate them to on duty doctors (RMO). ·Collaborate with physicians and nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients. · Perform routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, administering injections etc.) and fill in patients’ charts. ·Adjust and administer patient’s medication and provide treatments according to physician’s orders. ·Inspect the facilities and act to maintain excellent hygiene and safety (decontaminating equipment, sanitizing surfaces, preparing beds etc.). ·Provide instant medical care in emergencies. ·Assist surgeons during operations. ·Expand knowledge and capabilities by attending educational workshops, conferences etc. ·Foster a supportive and compassionate environment to care for patients and their families. ·Identify work-related risks. ·Maintain buffer stock on regular basis. ·Document all injuries and illnesses. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Schedule: Morning shift Night shift Education: Bachelor's (Required) Experience: Nursing: 2 years (Required) Language: Hindi,PUNJABI,ENGLISH (Preferred) License/Certification: Registration (Required) Shift availability: Day Shift (Required) Night Shift (Required) Work Location: In person
