Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Support Executive to join our EdTech team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing data processing and collection tasks, offering technical support to employees, coordinating IT upgrades, and ensuring compliance with all IT policies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and support data processing and collection systems.

- Provide technical support to staff across departments, addressing hardware, software, and connectivity issues.

- Collaborate with the IT team on system updates, software upgrades, and implementation of new tools.

- Ensure all IT operations comply with company policies and industry standards.

- Maintain clear and effective technical communication within the organization.

- Assist with documentation, troubleshooting guides, and training materials.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

-Hindi language proficiency is an added advantage

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced EdTech environment.

- Good interpersonal and team collaboration skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
