Job Description

Responsibilities

Provide first-level support for hardware and software issues
Troubleshoot network connectivity problems
Document and track all support requests in the ticketing system
Assist with the installation and configuration of IT equipment
Perform routine maintenance and updates on systems
Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams
Provide excellent customer service to internal and external users

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
1-2 years of experience in an IT support role
Strong understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Relevant certifications (e.g. Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus

Skills

Windows and Mac operating systems
Network troubleshooting
Basic knowledge of IT security principles
Remote desktop support software
Microsoft Office Suite
