Job Overview – IT Executive

The IT Executive will be responsible for managing and supporting the complete IT infrastructure of the organization. This includes overseeing networking, CCTV systems, hardware and software maintenance, EPABX/telephone systems, and server troubleshooting. The role involves maintaining and updating the IT asset list, ensuring secure and smooth operations of all systems, and providing prompt technical support to staff for day-to-day issues. The IT Executive will also coordinate with vendors, handle system installations, and assist in ongoing upgrades and automation projects. A proactive approach, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to manage multiple IT tasks efficiently are essential for this position.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Knowledge of hardware, networking, Windows OS, Linux (optional), and basic server administration.
• Understanding of LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi configuration, routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Experience with CCTV, biometrics, and ERP support (Tally preferred).
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Good communication skills and ability to support users at all levels.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of system security, backups, and data protection.
• Experience with MS Office, email configuration (Outlook/Gmail), and cloud storage.
• Ability to manage IT projects and coordinate with vendors.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD (optional, if required by your company).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
