About Us

We are a sub-broker actively working toward empaneling our algorithmic trading system with NSE (National Stock Exchange). As we scale our technology-driven trading operations, we are looking for a technically sound and proactive IT Executive to support the infrastructure and operational aspects of our algo trading platform.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the crossroads of finance and technology, directly engaging with exchanges, brokers, and cutting-edge trading systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Infrastructure Management
• Set up, configure, and maintain servers, databases, and algo trading software.
• Monitor system uptime, latency, and performance in real-time trading environments.
• NSE Empanelment Support
• Coordinate with NSE and broker IT teams to fulfill technical empanelment requirements.
• Manage VPNs, firewalls, SSL certificates, and network setups.
• Application Deployment & Maintenance
• Deploy and maintain web applications (primarily built using the Django framework).
• Handle backend services, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system availability.
• Cloud & DevOps
• Manage cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS – EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda).
• Assist in setting up CI/CD pipelines using Git/GitHub, Docker, and automation tools.
• Support & Troubleshooting
• Provide first-level support for hardware, software, or network issues.
• Analyze system logs, debug issues, and escalate when necessary.
• Documentation & Coordination
• Maintain detailed documentation: NNF ID mapping, server/network configurations, APIs, and database schemas.
• Work with internal teams and third-party vendors for integration and compliance checks.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Educational Background:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Freshers with relevant project experience or internships are encouraged to apply.
• Technical Proficiency:
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of networking: LAN/WAN, VPNs, firewalls, port/routing.
• Experience with Windows/Linux servers, cloud platforms (AWS preferred), and virtual environments.
• Familiarity with Python (especially Django) and basic shell scripting.
• Working knowledge of PostgreSQL/MySQL, REST APIs, WebSockets, and SSL/TLS protocols.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with external and internal stakeholders.
• Willingness to learn quickly in a fast-paced, evolving tech-finance domain.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
