IT ERP Program Manager

You are a results-driven ERP Program Manager with strong JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (E1) expertise. You will lead the design, delivery, and sustainment of the company's E1 roadmap. Your responsibilities include owning end-to-end delivery of E1 projects, defining and tracking business case & KPIs, leading budgeting and vendor SOWs, orchestrating upgrades and code-current cadence, coordinating CNC administration, designing and leading system integrations, driving data archiving/purge strategy, embedding CSV deliverables across the lifecycle, and leading and mentoring internal/external team members. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science/Engineering/IT (or equivalent experience) - 10+ years in ERP (with deep JD Edwards E1 exposure) and 5+ years leading projects/vendor delivery - Strong knowledge of E1 architecture with CNC coordination - Proven success delivering 9.2 upgrades/code-current programs and optimizing functional solutions - Experience with integration patterns for E1 and Orchestrator-based automation - Solid grasp of ERP data model & file relationships and performance tuning - Demonstrated delivery in regulated (GxP) environments with CSV/GAMP-5 practices - Excellent stakeholder communication, risk/budget management, and cross-functional leadership Good To Have: - Experience with Cloud platforms like OCI and Azure - Experience working with enterprise applications like CRM (Salesforce) and Power BI - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Service-minded attitude and effective communication skills - Ability to work in globally distributed virtual teams - Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in high-pressure environments - Experience working in international production environments - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products You will have an exciting and challenging opportunity in a growing global company, working with IT professionals worldwide, influencing your job role and contributing to strategic IT initiatives.
