IT ERP Product Lead, Finance (SAP)

You are an experienced SAP FICO Professional with strong functional expertise and deep configuration skills. You have hands-on involvement in end-to-end implementations and work closely with global business teams. Your main responsibilities include leading solution design, supporting system enhancements, and driving process excellence across Finance & Controlling. **Key Responsibilities:** - Possess 5+ years of experience in SAP ECC 6.0 FICO. - Demonstrate strong functional & configuration knowledge in GL, AP, AR, New GL, Product Costing, Material Ledger, Actual Costing, Treasury, Fixed Assets, Tax, PS & COPA. - Have completed at least 3 full lifecycle implementations (end-to-end mandatory). - Exhibit strong cross-module integration with PS, SD, MM, WM. - Ability to translate business requirements into functional specs & configuration rationale. - Hands-on experience with RICEFs, testing cycles, functional & integration testing. - Strong documentation skills including As-Is/To-Be, BRD, FRD, Solution Design, and process maps. - Experience with P2P, O2C, Manufacturing flows including accounting, reporting & reconciliation. - Exposure to month-end closing, consolidation (HFM/OneStream) is an advantage. - Experience working with onsite-offshore teams, excellent communication & collaboration skills. **Qualifications Required:** - 5+ years of experience in SAP ECC 6.0 FICO. - Strong knowledge in GL, AP, AR, New GL, Product Costing, Material Ledger, Actual Costing, Treasury, Fixed Assets, Tax, PS & COPA. - At least 3 full lifecycle implementations. - Ability to translate business requirements into functional specs. - Hands-on experience with testing cycles and documentation.
