Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on IT ERP Manager to lead and optimize our global SAP landscape . This role will be responsible for driving the SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) and Materials Management (MM) modules, with working knowledge of Customer Service (CS) , ensuring SAP remains a core enabler of digital transformation across the enterprise.

The ideal candidate is a proven SAP leader with deep functional and technical expertise in SAP ECC and S/4HANA , combined with a strong track record in ERP strategy, data-driven transformation, and Agile delivery . This is a highly visible leadership position that bridges technology and business , influencing decision-making at the enterprise level.

Key Responsibilities

Own the ERP strategy and roadmap lead the design, deployment, and optimization of SAP solutions across SD, MM, and CS modules.
Drive SAP ECC / S/4HANA implementations and integrations , ensuring seamless end-to-end processes across Sales, Supply Chain, Service, and Finance.
Act as technical lead and solution architect , delivering scalable, secure, and impactful SAP systems.
Enable digital transformation by using SAP, analytics, and automation to streamline operations and boost business performance.
Champion Agile delivery models , ensuring continuous, incremental business value from SAP enhancements and projects.
Lead internal SAP teams and manage external partners , ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.
Manage governance, encouraging a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.
Safeguard system integrity and compliance , implementing standard processes in performance, security, and scalability.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor s or Master s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
12+ years of SAP consulting experience with strong functional expertise in SAP SD and MM .
Solid grasp of SAP CS and system integrations .
Proven success in SAP ECC / S/4HANA implementations, upgrades, and migrations .
Experience leading enterprise-scale digital transformation programs with SAP as the backbone.
Good ability to translate business requirements into SAP solutions and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical partners.
Leadership experience leading multi-functional teams and global vendor partners .

Preferred Qualifications

SAP certifications in relevant modules.
Experience in regulated industries (pharmaceuticals, life sciences, manufacturing).
Knowledge of SAP Fiori, SAP Analytics Cloud, and integration tools (PI/PO, BTP, etc.).
