Description
You will be a fully qualified Experienced Professional responsible for designing, developing, and integrating moderate to complex IT enterprise software solutions. Your focus will be on frameworks, programming, troubleshooting, and debugging IT software issues in alignment with strategic goals and technology needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and refine project requirements throughout the development lifecycle, from conception to delivery. It will be essential to apply best practices to maximize the benefit of IT systems investments and provide mentorship and guidance to other team members as necessary. Your responsibilities will include participating and leading project planning and estimation, contributing to the development of technical strategies, defining coding standards, and collaborating with business stakeholders on technology roadmaps. You will evaluate and recommend emerging technologies for adoption. Additionally, you will lead and develop IT software application projects, collaborate with stakeholders to refine project requirements, and work with cross-functional teams on coding and testing. You will optimize and enhance existing IT software systems, lead troubleshooting efforts for critical application issues, and provide in-depth technical support. You will mentor colleagues and junior developers, providing technical guidance and sharing your knowledge and skills in Salesforce. Your expertise will include developing with the Lightning Component Framework, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and JavaScript. You will have extensive experience with Salesforce APIs, integration, and data migration, along with proficiency in DevOps and CI/CD practices. Advanced knowledge of Salesforce architecture and best practices, as well as experience in optimizing code to adhere to Salesforce governor limits, will be crucial. Furthermore, you will be proficient in performance tuning for large datasets, developing mobile-friendly and responsive applications on Salesforce, and utilizing bug tracking systems and test management tools. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Test Driven Development (TDD), Software Development Life Cycle, Source Control (Git), and coding best practices will be required. You should have the ability to expand your skills and knowledge into other IT applications, knowledge about cloud infrastructure, and exposure to various cloud platforms. Your educational background should include a Bachelor's degree in computer science, systems analysis, or a related technical field, or 9+ years of experience in IT enterprise software development. A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT enterprise software development or equivalent experience will also be expected. You should possess excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills, good project management skills, and a customer service orientation. Proven analytical and creative problem-solving abilities, self-motivation, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment are essential for success in this role.,
