Job Description

We are looking for IT Engineerswho will be placed at couple of our customers place in Dubai.

Position: IT Infrastructure Support Engineer

Dubai(Candidate must be in UAE now)

Gender: Male

8K AED max/month

Experience: 5 to 8years

Immediate

Required Skill Set

Must be Microsoft Certified with
5-8 years of IT Infrastructure End User support.
Experience in working with multicultural, multinational companies handling
Onsite VVIP Support
Experience on
Ticketing Tool such as Service Now or similar
Hands on with
M365, Teams
and other standard desktop application including, installation and troubleshooting, building systems.
Excellent
English communication
and soft support skills including attitude towards handling the users
Should have
minimum 1 year work experience in UAE
Educational
certtificates must be MOFA Attested

Benefits:

22 working days leave per annum
Fixed home travel allowance of AED.1500/- after completion of 12 months
Visa / work permit, medical insurance for self.
