Qualification : Bachelor in IT/CS

Exp : 3 to 5yrs

Location : Perungudi

Gender : Male

Notice : Immediate to 30days

• Proficiency with Windows Server 2022 (installation, Active Directory management)
• Hands-on with MS-O365 Admin portal and mail system configuration
• Experience in Matric Biometric systems
• Knowledge of domain registration and software licensing
• Administration of AV tools like Sophos, K7, Trend Micro
• Strong skills in desktop support, backup tools, and system troubleshooting
• Ability to manage time effectively and solve complex problems

Key Responsibilities:

· End user Complaints.

· Installation software.

· Update the IT Related Documents.

· Printer and other IT Related Device Maintaining.

· System and IT Related End User Quires.

· Configure and guide the Ms065 family software's.

· Backup and configure the outlook.

· Maintain the AV installation documents

· Website/Internet monitoring.

· System and application management (OS,Software,Outlook)

· Security management (Antivirus)

· Scripting and automation skills

· Troubleshooting skills

· Backup and recovery management

· Problem-solving for tackling tricky issues

· Time management
