Design, develop, and maintain applications using .NET, Java, and SQL Server.
Independently build and deploy custom software solutions based on business requirements.
Integrate and develop features using APIs from large Oracle ERP system.
Create and maintain BI reports and dashboards for data-driven decision-making.
Design and implement solutions using low-code platforms (e.g., Power Apps, Mendix, OutSystems).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
Ensure code quality, performance, and security standards are met.
Ability to work independently and manage end-to-end project.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Good communication and documentation abilities.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS).
Passion for innovation and continuous learning.
B.Tech. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
At least 5 years of experience in software development and ERP integration.
Certifications in relevant technologies (preferred but not mandatory).
