IT Development & Infrastructure Head

Key Responsibilities:

Architect and oversee cloud, network, security, application, and database infrastructure with strong compliance focus.
Implement and maintain cybersecurity frameworks aligned with ISO 27001 and IFSCA mandates, including vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, incident response, and disaster recovery. Drive secure software development practices: threat modeling, code reviews, automated testing, and third party dependency checks. Ensure continuous compliance monitoring and evidence collection for audits—system logs, access controls, change management, and vendor certification. Collaborate with compliance and risk teams to embed IT controls in policies and frameworks, supporting anti-money laundering, KYC, transaction monitoring and client data protection. Lead vendor management, infrastructure scalability, and business continuity planning for critical fin-tech/IFSC systems. Mentor and build a high-performing IT team capable of managing complex regulated fin-tech environments.

Requirements
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
Total 7-9 years’ experience, out of which 2-3 years in managing IT infrastructure and dev teams; Prior exposure to management of global software licenses is preferred Prior exposure to on-premises hosting as well as hosting cloud and is preferred.

Key Skills:

Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), container orchestration, and microservices architecture.
Deep understanding of cybersecurity standards including ISO 27001 regulations. Skilled in secure SDLC, DevSecOps, and IT compliance documentation. Experience with regulatory audit readiness, incident management, and vendor risk assessments. Excellent leadership, problem-solving and communication skills.
