Your typical day will involve incident, issue, and outage management, investigation, and restoration using your expertise in SAP for Utilities Cust Financial Mgt FICA. Roles & Responsibilities: Manage the delivery of IT production systems and services, ensuring timely incident, issue, and outage management, investigation, and restoration. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of IT services, including coordination with vendors and third-party service providers. Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SAP for Utilities Cust Financial Mgt FICA. Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and standards, including maintaining accurate documentation and reporting. Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization, leveraging your expertise in SAP for Utilities Cust Financial Mgt FICA. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Expertise in SAP for Utilities Cust Financial Mgt FICA. Good To Have Skills:Experience with SAP for Utilities Billing. Strong understanding of IT production systems and services, including incident, issue, and outage management.
