Your typical day will involve working with SAP for Utilities Billing and ensuring smooth functioning of IT systems and services. Roles & Responsibilities: Manage the delivery of IT production systems and services, ensuring smooth functioning of IT systems and services. Drive incident, issue, and outage management, investigation, and restoration. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of issues and incidents. Provide technical support to end-users and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in SAP for Utilities Billing. Good To Have Skills:Experience with SAP ABAP Development, SAP for Utilities Cust Financial Mgt FICA. Strong understanding of IT production systems and services. Experience in incident, issue, and outage management, investigation, and restoration. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in SAP for Utilities Billing. The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in information technology, computer science, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful IT solutions.
