IT Cum Software Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated Zoho One & IT Systems Implementation Specialist to assist our organization in fully leveraging Zoho One and its suite of applications, while also overseeing the adoption of additional software solutions. This position plays a vital role in propelling our company's digital transformation journey by ensuring seamless implementation, integration, training, and continuous support for our software ecosystem. The ideal candidate for this role will not only possess expertise in Zoho One but also exhibit curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to explore new technologies such as cloud telephony, field tracking solutions, and marketing automation tools. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize and optimize Zoho One: - Understand organizational workflows and processes, and align them with Zoho One applications for enhanced efficiency. - Conduct a gap analysis to identify areas where current processes can be enhanced or automated using Zoho tools. - Customize, configure, and oversee Zoho applications (CRM, Books, Projects, People, Inventory, etc.) to meet business requirements. - Develop workflows, automations, dashboards, and reports to offer actionable insights to management. - Ensure smooth integration between Zoho One applications and other business software. - Maintain and update Zoho One configurations as business processes evolve. - Provide training, documentation, and initial support to employees on Zoho usage. Qualifications & Requirements: Mandatory: - Strong expertise in Zoho One (setup, customization, and administration). - Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Workspace. - Fluency in English (mandatory) and working knowledge of Tamil. Preferred: - Experience in implementing cloud-based software solutions. - Knowledge of integration between business productivity tools. - Familiarity with computer and electronic hardware, accessories, networking, and servers. - Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and coordination skills.
